Mr. Osman Can joined Viking Services in 2010 and has held various leadership roles in QHSE and Shared Services over the past 14 years across local and international operations. He was promoted to Senior Global Shared Services Manager in November 2024, expanding his responsibilities to include HR, Supply Chain, Administration, and Government Relations. He also continued his leadership of the Global QHSE function.

Osman has contributed significantly to the organization’s operational excellence and strategic growth throughout his tenure. He was appointed Global QHSE Manager in June 2020, following his role as Turkey QHSE Manager since July 2018, and previously served as Quality Manager, where he led the establishment of ISO Management Systems, internal and external audits, and performance benchmarking of product lines.

Osman holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the London Knowledge Academy and has completed various professional training courses in NEBOSH, ISO Standards, Risk Management, Process Improvement, and Project Management. His academic background includes a BSc in Geophysical Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, and a master’s in occupational health and safety from Yeni Yüzyıl University, Istanbul. He recently completed his Executive MBA at Koç University, further strengthening his leadership and business acumen.

In his current role, Osman leads and aligns global shared services functions to support Viking’s strategic goals, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and deliver value across the organization.
